The film was directed by Akash Bansal and produced by Nika,Nil Battey Sannata is a story of friendship, love and revenge. Story Bhajanjeet Singh, an accomplished and determined criminal, escapes from the prison with the help of his friend Armaan (Pankaj Tripathi). Bhajanjeet then plans to get his son (Prashant Tiwari) married to a rich girl, Riya (Riya Shukla). Knowing this, Police Commissioner (Ratna Pathak) decides to launch an investigation into his crime. Bhajanjeet's plan unfolds into a web of deceit when Armaan manipulates him and makes him sign the names of victims with false names and date of birth. Soon, Bhajanjeet realises the power of money and he convinces Armaan to help him get his son married to Riya. The story moves ahead when Bhajanjeet realises that Armaan has fallen in love with a poor girl named Sheetal (Swara Bhaskar). In the meanwhile, Bhajanjeet's son is killed by police, because of which Bhajanjeet decides to kill the Commissioner and Armaan, so that their families can take revenge.
